I have been busy filling orders for the pumpkin below and I am still working on things for the Christmas show
It was my first time to make pantry cakes & I really enjoyed doing it.Thank you to Mercy Otis for helping me out with the recipe. We also made a lot of butterboards to go along with them. They still smell so yummy!
This is really such a nice community of friends that I have made through blogging. Just appreciate everyone of you!I was trying to change my background & am having a hard time with my HTML & JAVA excepting it. I can't get it to come through. Any suggestions out there I may try? When it comes to computers, I am not the sharpest scissor in the bunch. I am open to suggestions........
Love that pumpkin and nice job on the pantry cakes! I haven't tried any myself, but I have some molds!
ReplyDeleteAs far as the background goes, the only way I've been able to do it is the technically challenged way! lol! I found mine at Daisy Gray Design (dot) blogspot (dot) com. It talks you through exactly what to do and believe me it's easy or I couldn't do it!
Hope you get it figured out!
Have a great evening!
Tammy
love love your work..you are most talented girlfriend..:)
ReplyDeleteThe pumpkin and pantry cakes are great - fall is in the air for sure!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you have managed to change the background after all? Very nice and autumny and country-prim!
ReplyDeleteBut if you need more help, try a Google search with these terms: CHANGE BACKGROUND BLOGSPOT or CHANGE BACKGROUND IMAGE BLOGGER or similar...also, Amanda over at Beautiful Blog Designs on blogspot has quite a list of helpful sites just for Blogger users...
Just wanted to tell you how much I love reading your blog. Your background looks great.

Yay! I told you it was easy! That's the only way I could do it! I like the background you used and love those colors! You probably already know this, but it took me a bit to figure it out. You can change the part that is white to the sides by going to your layout section and clicking on fonts and colors and then click on page background color and find a color that coordinates with your others! My white part was bugging me, then I figured that out!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Tammy
I'm so glad you're enjoying your visits! Thanks for the sweet comments...
ReplyDeleteTo answer your question about the salt dough ornaments: I dip mine in melted wax to seal them, using leftover scented candle wax. A nice Christmasy scent would be a lovely idea.
I hope you'll be back again soon!
